We were alerted at 08.30 PM by internal systems that due to a power failure on one of our 3rd party providers processing data was delayed.

The root cause was identified within 5 minutes. Provider was alerted - who were already aware and were actively working on addressing the issue.

We restored services by 09.04 PM.

At 10.15 PM we had confirmation that the 3rd party had restored their full service.

During this incident, no calls or data was lost.

We have had all our systems back working 100%.
