Some customers may have experienced degraded performance in call routing (14:55 UTC) due to an issue encountered with a third-party service provider.
Our internal systems promptly detected this disruption, and leveraging our balanced pool capability, we swiftly rerouted services to maintain operational continuity while the affected third party resolved the issue. Calls were flowing again by 15:25 UTC.
By 15:55 UTC our provider confirmed the issue was resolved, and we have seen an uninterrupted flow of calls for a consistent part of the day by 16:07 UTC.

We're actively continuing to monitor the situation, as per our process definition for the next 48 hours, and will continue to ensure uninterrupted service as the third party addresses their system concerns.
