As part of our ongoing database maintenance we will be migrating our Core configuration database to new hardware on Thursday morning 12/07/2018 (06:00 - 06:15 London time / 01:00-01:15 New York time).
During this time Portal and API requests will be intermittently unavailable.
Additionally Salesforce Caller Insight will also not be operational at this time.
There will be no impact to visitor tracking or phone calls.
We do not expect this to take longer than 15 minutes and will be monitoring the process closely.
